By accessing or using Provve ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Provve is operated by Blue Tick, based in South Africa.
Provve is a SaaS platform that enables social media creators and influencers to connect their TikTok and Instagram accounts, retrieve their post performance metrics, and generate professional campaign reports to share with brand partners. The Service is intended for content creators, influencers, and marketing agencies.
You must create an account to use Provve. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
When you connect a TikTok or Instagram account to Provve, you authorise us to access your post performance metrics through the official platform APIs on your behalf. We only access data from your own content. You may disconnect your accounts at any time from your Provve settings. You are responsible for ensuring your use of connected accounts complies with TikTok and Instagram's respective terms of service.
Provve offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time — your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
You agree not to use Provve to violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe the rights of any third party, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, use the Service to transmit spam or malicious content, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Provve and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Blue Tick and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content and data you bring to the Service. By using Provve you grant us a limited licence to process and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Provve is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Metric data retrieved from TikTok and Instagram is sourced directly from those platforms and we cannot guarantee its accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Tick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by email or by displaying a notice in the Service. Continued use of Provve after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
