Provve is a SaaS platform that helps social media creators and influencers collect, analyse, and share their post performance insights with brand partners. Provve is operated by Blue Tick, based in South Africa.
When you create a Provve account we collect your email address and name. When you connect a social media account (TikTok or Instagram), we collect an access token that allows us to retrieve your post performance metrics on your behalf. We collect post metrics including views, reach, impressions, likes, comments, shares, saves, and engagement rate for posts on your connected accounts.
We use your data solely to provide the Provve service — displaying your post metrics in your dashboard, calculating suggested rates, and generating campaign reports that you choose to share with brand partners. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with any third parties without your explicit consent.
Provve accesses TikTok and Instagram data only through official platform APIs and only for the authenticated user who owns that data. We only access data from your own posts — we do not access data from other users. Access tokens are stored securely and encrypted. You can disconnect your accounts and revoke access at any time from your Provve settings.
When you generate a campaign report and share it with a brand partner, the metrics from your selected posts become visible to anyone with the report link. You are in full control of which posts are included and who receives the link. We do not share your data with any other third parties.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your data including connected accounts, post metrics, and reports will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted data storage, secure HTTPS connections, and row-level security on our database to protect your data.
